Terms and Conditions of your stay with us

1. If canceled 24hrs before 2pm on the date of arrival, the rate equivalent to 1 nights accommodation will be charged. 

2. If canceled 24hrs before the date of departure, the rate equivalent to 1 nights accommodation will be charged. 

3. If any item is missing from the room the guest will be charged $50 to replace the item. e.g. Quilt, Microwave

4 A $10 fee will be charged, if your room key is not returned to our key box after check out.
